Can’t find an Answer Video you need? Simply Request a Video for Free
If you have a question about using your device and your search in the Video Library says “Video not found,” DO NOT WORRY!
Simply CLICK HERE to go to the Video Requests page and scroll down to fill out the brief form on the right and then click “SEND” and our Studios Team will create the video you need for FREE for any member. There is NO LIMIT to the videos you can request as a member.
You can also click on the “VIDEO REQUESTS” link in the main menu (top of this page) of this Epylog website or the menu of the Video Library to request a video.
3. Search for or Request Answer Videos in the Epylog Library
Once you join, log in to search for your answer videos.
Create your Epylog Membership account (you will be prompted to create a username and password).
Then log in and search Epylog’s Learning Library for the Answer Videos you seek.
Create your own “Favorites” playlist of videos as well so you can easily return later and access your important videos to rewatch as desired.
